Repair Service & Return Policy
American Module Pros provides repair services for customer-owned automotive modules and electronics. Because we perform a service on your original part, completed repair services are generally non-refundable.
If we determine your module is not repairable, we will return the module and issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping charges.
Warranty Coverage
All repairs are backed by our stated warranty period listed on the individual product page. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific fault repaired by American Module Pros and does not cover unrelated vehicle issues, physical damage, water damage, tampering, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after the repair has been completed.
Returns & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before the module is received by American Module Pros. Once repair work has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the module being sent matches the service purchased. Please package all modules securely to prevent shipping damage.

Repair & Return Service Information
- Repair & Return Service: This listing is for a professional repair and return service. You send your original module to American Module Pros, we repair it, test it, and return your same unit. This is NOT a replacement part.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the module to American Module Pros. American Module Pros pays the return shipping back to the customer after the repair is completed.
- Programming: After installation, typically no programming is required. However, vehicle conditions may vary depending on manufacturer updates or previous repairs.
Please match your camera style and part number before placing your order. If you are unsure about compatibility, send us clear photos of your existing module and labels, and we will gladly verify compatibility before you purchase.
