At American Module Pros, we strive to provide fast, reliable service from the moment you place your order until your repaired module is safely returned. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Your Module to Us
Customers are responsible for shipping their automotive module or electronic component to our repair facility.
To help ensure your part arrives safely:
- Use a sturdy shipping box with adequate protective padding.
- Include your order number inside the package.
- Include your name, return shipping address, and phone number.
- Include a brief description of the issue.
- Include your vehicle's year, make, and model.
- If applicable, include your preferred LED color.
For gauge cluster repairs, please send the complete unit with the lens and rear cover attached. Do not disassemble the cluster before shipping.
We strongly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Repair Turnaround
Most repairs are completed within 24 business hours after your package is received.
Complex repairs or parts requiring additional testing may take longer. If additional time is needed, our team will contact you with an update.
Return Shipping
Once your repair has been completed, your module will be carefully packaged and shipped back using the shipping method selected during checkout.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only. American Module Pros is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Customs inspections (for international shipments)
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim. Then contact our support team so we can assist you whenever possible.

American Module Pros is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
