Repair Service & Return Policy

American Module Pros provides repair services for customer-owned automotive modules and electronics. Because we perform a service on your original part, completed repair services are generally non-refundable.

If we determine your module is not repairable, we will return the module and issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping charges.

Warranty Coverage

All repairs are backed by our stated warranty period listed on the individual product page. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific fault repaired by American Module Pros and does not cover unrelated vehicle issues, physical damage, water damage, tampering, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused after the repair has been completed.

Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before the module is received by American Module Pros. Once repair work has begun, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the module being sent matches the service purchased. Please package all modules securely to prevent shipping damage.
